The rooms are spacious, bright and airy with comfortable traditional furnishings. From the upper floor there are lovely views to the sea and inland to open countryside and hills.

GROUND FLOOR: Comfortable sitting room with functional coal, wood or peat fireplace, television, DVD. Dining room with original 1930’s décor. Kitchen and adjoining scullery, both fully equipped with large fridge and freezer, modern cooker with gas rings and electric oven, dishwasher, coffee percolator and electric kettle, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery etc. Kitchen can be used as alternative dining area. Laundry room with late-model washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. Downstairs toilet. All table covers, towels etc. supplied.
UPSTAIRS: Four bedrooms. Main, with panoramic window, has one double bed. Second, at front facing school, has one double, one single plus wash-basin. Third, at rear with view of sea over the rooftops, has a King-size (American Queen-size) bed plus one single bed. Fourth is small former boxroom with comfortable super-imposed bunks suitable for children but also used on occasion by adults. Bathroom with electric shower over bath. Separate toilet. All sheets, eiderdowns, towels etc. supplied. Come with your toothbrush1
The house has central heating (radiators with gas furnace) and recently-installed windows with double glazing. There is a large garden at the back. Parking is permitted on the street. Non-smoking. Telephone and internet access possible by arrangement.
