Useful tips

Simple norms

CHECK INN

  • Check in Time: 3pm-10pm

  • Please let us know at least 24 hours before your arrival which means of transportation you will be taking and your exact time of arrival. A phone call would be appreciated.  

  • For early Check in, we can keep your luggage until 3 pm while you are exploring the city.

  • For late Check in, the sooner we know the easiest it is. Call us and we will give you detailed instructions

CHECK OUT

  • Check out is at 11am.

  • We can keep your personnal belongings if you wish to spend the day in Quebec city.

  • Checking out before the end of your booking is non refundable.

RESERVATIONS

Kids​

  • There are no fees for kids under 2 years old. Otherwise the rate is 30$ per nighy, per extra person.

  • Free Baby beds (GRACO)  offered. Please advise us when completing your reservation.

Booking via our website

  • Once your reservation completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please go through all the sections to make sure everything matches your reservation. 

  • Contact us as soon as possible if anything needs to be changed.

  • Only the first night is *Non refundable* Please consult our Cancellation Policy for more details..

  • You can change your payment method at the end of your stay. (Ex: You can decide to use another credit card than the one given with your reservation, pay with a debit card or with Cnd or US dollars)  

  • Booking via a third-party: For bookings made through an online booking platform (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) or third-party travel professionals, please contact them directly for their terms and conditions. We have advised these companies of our cancellation policies.



CANCELLATIONS
 
  • Reservations cancelled up to 14 days before your scheduled arrival: Only the first night is charged. 

  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before your scheduled arrival: First night is charged + 50% of the following nights will be charged.

  • Cancellations made less that 7 days before your scheduled arrival: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
     

  • Booking via a third-party: For bookings made through an online booking platform (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) or third-party travel professionals, please contact them directly for their terms and conditions. We have advised these companies of our cancellation policies.
     

  • Any reservations made with a non-valid credit card will not be accepted. Please make sure to reserve with a valid credit card.

  • Refunds can be made only on the same credit card used to reserve.

C - 1 9  P r o t o c o l e

 

 

We are following the government's established protocol

and we make sure that all of our guests are acquainted with it.
   

  • Mask: Wearing a mask in indoor public spaces is mandatory in the B&B

  • Contactless check-in and check-out: Our protocols have been revised to ensure you have contactless arrival and departure. 

  • Physical distancing: 2 meters (6 feet)

  • Hand sanitizer: Hand sanitizer dispensers have been installed in several areas throughout the house, including at the main entrance.

  • Cleaning products and protocols: we use cleaning products and protocols that have been approved for combating viruses, bacteria and other pathogens.

  • Secure rooms: To assure that your room is not contaminated, you are the only individual(s) who will enter it during your stay. All rooms are left vacant for the recommended period before being cleaned and reassigned, in accordance with our enhanced cleaning protocol.

  • Public spaces and common areas: The frequency of cleaning and sanitizing has been increased in all common areas, with extra attention given to high-contact surfaces.

  

Quebec's provincial government has put in place a ''Progressive Regional 4 Level Intervention System''. Regions are classified according to the estimated risk of propagation. Green zone being the lowest and red zone, the highest. 

 

  • Breakfast service:​ When Quebec's region is:

  • Green: Breakfast is served normally. No restrictions 

  • Yellow: Breakfast is served. 2 rooms at a time.(2 services, ask for schedule)

  • Orange: Breakfast is served. 1 room at a time.(4 services, ask for schedule) 

  • RED: No Breakfast served. A delicious bakery nearby offers take-outs. Bring your Breakfast in bed or use the breakfast table in your bedroom.
